Every night I can’t sleep well. I always get nightmares no matter the length of my sleep. I try listening to music before I sleep and calling people too. Sadly its one of the symptoms of my bipolar stress/anxiety disorder. Gosh, I wish I didn’t have nightmares. It would help me a lot easier. Eversince I took these pills from the doctor to help my mental stability of my disorder I’ve been getting the nightmares. My parent doesnt really care as much to take me to the doctor unless I insist it… Sigh~ So what is a girl to do?! How am I supposed to go to school when I wake up in the middle of the night and feeling horrible? Hopefully though time, it’ll stop. Or maybe buy a big dream catcher… If I could find one.
